Joseph took his first printmaking class at Seattle’s Pratt Fine Arts Center in 1995 and was one of the founders of Seattle Print Arts in 1999. From 2005 to 2007 he studied drawing at Gage Academy of Art in Seattle. He was a member of Shift Gallery from 2015 to 2018. Joseph is also a photographer and writes about local history for the Key Peninsula News.
