Hello from Two Waters Arts Alliance! We’re heading into the last bit of the year and approaching holiday season, and at Two Waters, we have a few things to keep on your radar.
Call to Artists: TWAA Members Juried Art Show
We are hosting a Members’ Juried Show at the Gig Harbor Library, which will be up December 1 – January 31. For those interested in taking part, the entry fee is $10, and you may submit up to three pieces. 2 dimensional or wall mounted 3 dimensional work will be selected for the show with artists getting at least one piece selected and then juried for prizes. All work must be ready to hang, per the guidelines listed on the website.
Work to be considered must be dropped off in the lobby at the Key Peninsula Civic Center, 17010 South Vaughn Rd.on Wednesday, November 30 between 5 to 6 p.m. We’ll have entry forms available at the drop off, and they are also available on the website. If you are unable to drop off at that time, or have questions, please contact Margo Macdonald: firstname.lastname@example.org
Student Art Reception
WHAT: KPMS students will be showcasing their artwork that they have done in their after school classes on Tuesday, November 22 at the Key Peninsula Library. Come by from 5-7 pm to check out what they have been up to this semester; they are a talented bunch.

TWAA Juried Show Reception
WHAT: We will be hosting a reception for our juried show at the Gig Harbor Library on December 5. Join us as we celebrate our artists and give out the prizes for the show.

Next month, the Blend Artist of the Month at Blend Wine Shop is our very own Margo Macdonald. Come by during the month of December to enjoy a glass of wine and Margo’s work.
